And the Saga Continues: Mumbai Terrorist Attacks

Today while coming to office I found that enormous amount of security checking going on all over the city of Kolkata, may be it's because of the Mumbai terrorist attack which has made our city cops so proactive. But I wonder how long this will remain let's say one month or two months and we are again going to see the same situation where people would lead a normal pretending as if nothing has happened. But one thing is for sure this particular attack has left all of shattered and terrified about our future.

Watching the news and seeing dead bodies of innocent people is making me feel disgusted of my helplessness to take some action in this situation. How long are we going to tolerate this thing why aren't our politicians calling for a full fledged war. There are so many questions creeping up in my mind or may be in our mind. Many of us know that whatever is happening is wrong for humanity but we would remain silent saying that this is not in our hand. Sometimes I feel like going straight up to those filthy politicians these questions that why the hell innocent people should loose their lives for the reckless decisions our ministers have taken in the past.

We all know why these is happening, yes it was our past that is haunting all of us for the last 37 years. And still the fury and anger is same. Pakistanis can not ever forget their humiliation in the 71' war and now they are doing it the same way. Operation trident was the name given to the Indian navy's mission to destroy Karachi port in 71' and this attack was also made on Oberoi Trident. I think our government should take some bold action after this incident.

However again I could not write anything about my blog topic cause I found we all should react to the current situation instead of the crappy "Indian Idol Show".

I would like to dedicate this beautiful song from the movie "My Brther Nikhil" to all the people who lost their lives at the "Mumbai Attack".

It's time to take some action - Mumbai Terrorist attack

Just another terrorist attack in India and the target is again Mumbai. I am getting kind of pissed off watching innocent people dying from bomb blast and terrorist attacks. Our country's police are just like puppets in the hands of cruel politicians who'll follow any unethical steps in order to fullfill their own means. But I feel we people are even worse than the politicians cause every year we'll see terrorist killing innocent people in front of our eyes and we'll just mourn for a while and give consolation to ourselves thinking that "Thanks God it was not me".

I think it's time for us to take some action. Instead of criticizing our politicians and administration we should come forward and take some responsibility. I know most us will give the excuse we don't have that much of time but always remember that if our freedom fighters had refused to take the responsibility of removing all the British from our country in the past then we wouldn't have been living in a independent country.

Our young generation, who are actually the future of our country, I would like to request all of you to take some initiative and do some good work for our country for your own sake.

However it's always easier said than done cause I also belong from the same species called human beings who'd only react if anything unfair happens to me. But you know when I think about those people who have actually lost their lives or their relatives in these terrorist attacks I really get terrified of the feeling that the next could be me or any of my family members. We all know that this is difficult for us but we should take some action, even if it's not for you do it for your loved ones.

I would like to apologies to my readers that I could not make any post on the blog topic as I thought it's more important for me to write something sensible in this situation in stead of some crappy television show named "Indian Idol".
